Accent uses a controlled delivery of radio frequency to penetrate into the sub dermal and subcutaneous (fat) layers of the skin. This will lead into a slow increase in temperature within the treatment area, helping the body to metabolize fat. The thermal effect is produced by the fast movement of water molecules within the tissue, therefore the more water in the tissue (the more hydrated you are) the greater the results. After the treatment, another hand-piece is used to do a superficial heating to induce skin tightening. After a series of treatments, patients notice weight reduction and an improvement in skin tightening.

Pre-Treatment
Radio frequency targets water in the subcutaneous (fat) layer, therefore clients should be well hydrated pre and post treatment.

Post-Treatment
There is no downtime to this procedure. During the procedure, cellulite will be broken down, therefore mild to moderate physical activity is recommended to help flush out treated area.
