Dr. Singh is recognized as an advanced injector by Allergan (the maker of BOTOX and JUVÉDERM) and trains other physicians about proper injection technique.

Soft Lift Basics

A Soft Lift is able to achieve such dramatic results because it combines BOTOX and JUVÉDERM, addressing multiple signs of aging, including wrinkles and loss of volume.

• JUVÉDERM: an injectable filler made with hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in your skin. This smooth gel is eased gently under your skin, adding volume and hydration. When injected below creases like those that run between your nose and the corners of your mouth ("parentheses" or nasolabial folds), JUVÉDERM plumps up the skin to reduce the crease. It can also be injected into areas that have thinned with age (such as cheeks), to add volume.
• BOTOX: a purified form of botulinum toxin. This incredibly popular product corrects a very specific type of wrinkle – "dynamic wrinkles," those caused by repeated movement of facial muscles. BOTOX works by temporarily blocking the nerve impulses to specific muscles. Although it will not impact your ability to make facial expressions, BOTOX will reduce the appearance of dynamic wrinkles such as frown lines or crow's feet.

Soft Lift Treatments

At CosMedics, Dr. Singh will personalize the Soft Lift treatment specifically for you. He will listen to your concerns and focus on the signs of aging that are most bothersome to you. After explaining his detailed treatment plan, he will perform a series of BOTOX and JUVÉDERM injections, placed carefully in areas that need volume enhancement or wrinkle reduction. Unlike a surgical procedure such as a face lift, you will not be under general anesthesia and treatment will be performed right in our office. If requested, a topical anesthetic can be applied to minimize discomfort.

After treatment, you may return to your usual routine immediately. No downtime is required. As with either BOTOX or JUVÉDERM, there may be some redness or bruising at the injection sites, but these are temporary. And, although results are not permanent, improvement can be maintained by returning at regular periods for repeat treatments.
